This partnership works best with seasoned former CEOs and MDs who have:
✅ 60+ years of age, with 5+ years as CEO or MD leading organisations with 50 employees to 100 thousand
✅ Passion for guiding fellow leaders
✅ Availability of at least 4 hours weekly
✅ Business English proficiency. You can understand complex texts, write elaborate explanations, and communicate fluently and comfortably
