Two roles are available—senior advisor and senior mentor.

• The senior advisor role (blue and grey areas above) is ideal if you are a former C-level professional aged 60+ and enjoy concise, informative writing about your lessons learned, advising peers and mentoring new members, etc.
• The senior mentor role (orange and grey areas above) is suitable if you are a former C-level professional aged 60+ and take pleasure in motivating and engaging with people, such as mentoring new members, advising peers, moderating the think tank, etc.

Professional requirements for these positions

• A minimum of five years in C-level positions.
• Proficiency in English, at least at an advanced intermediate level (proven or self-assessed), is required. Our language requirements align with the American TOEFL iBT 'High-Intermediate' and European CEFR 'B2' levels.
• A supportive and engaging approach to people.

These roles confer CEO.buzz partner status, implying you will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the think tank host in daily operations. You are also welcome to advise on the think tank's future direction. A free plan supports partner roles; otherwise, rewards are intrinsic. We expect you to commit to spending time in the think tank at least every other day, summing up to four hours a week or more. The host will spend time in CEO.buzz daily and double-digit hours weekly.

Think tank Terms of Service ban marketing and pitching in pursuit of a serene and focused environment. The paid membership plans aim to deter individuals from entering the think tank to approach members with marketing and pitching intentions. The income will cover the costs of creating, marketing, operating, and developing the think tank.
